Meet Alison....teaching in Aurora!

So happy to introduce you to, Alison Lennox, one of the newest WeeHands Instructors!

Alison is a Communicative Disorders Assistant who has been working with blueballoon in Aurora since 2011. She started working with children with exceptionalities as a camp counsellor at King Day Camp Seneca College. Alison was so inspired from this experience that she knew wanted to work with children with communication challenges. Alison earned Bachelor of Heath Sciences Degree at The University of Western Ontario and then went on to complete her Communicative Disorders Assistant post-graduate certificate at Georgian College.

Alison has been working with blueballoon Health Services since 2012 and is so excited about bringing WeeHands classes to families in and around Aurora!  She is passionate and excited about helping families connect with the wee ones in their lives!

As a CDA, Alison has worked with a number of children with speech, language and communication challenges. Alison is so excited to be teaching with WeeHands and she is POSITIVE that it will help the children she works with be even more successful communicating! Alison enjoys the way that sign language gives all children the opportunity to start communicating their needs and wants as soon as they choose to do so! Alison is passionate about supporting children AND their families as best she can to help facilitate successful communication and would love WeeHands classes with your family in them!
