To make the American Sign Language sign GREEN shake a G handshape (using your dominant hand) just in front of your body, at around chest or shoulder level.
Show this sign to your baby (or toddler or preschooler!) when you see anything that is green, e.g., apples, celery, a grasshopper, leaf or items of clothing. Aim at narrating your child's world using both signs and speech!
Watch this little video showing the ASL sign for "GREEN" and sign the word together at least three times!
